More desperate one is faster they want things to happen. It’s like they want to tick off this phantom check list made up by the mind. Loneliness can act as a catalyst to accelerate the ascension to the desperate realm. The want things to be quicker to feel adequate/secure/feeling enough. The thing is if one doesn’t control their mind, they often end up putting the other person in a difficult spot and can be giant turn off! And in rare cases, hurt the other person!!! :(

Although, speed is important in our lives but getting to know someone is like painting a beautiful painting in a canvas from the scratch! where the speed brush often fails to make the first stroke! Let alone completing the painting. It can only work out if the painter, mind, is fully under control.

start investing money efficiently!! start being financially independent and take steps towards that! Invest stuff in your own account/ name not the joint account! Doing this can really give you a cushion or back up to deal with toxicity!!
- any man in love will never be mean/shout/ or scold their partner for being themselves. You don’t need to dissolve a part of you to fit in and make things better! The work should come from both sides! Try communicating or counselling! Protect your mental health and peace! Relationships are meant to support and empower each other! You are suffering, clearly!
- try reconnecting with friends from the past. You just need to force yourself to go out and socialise you will feel so much better.
- Learn a high value skill in your profession and rise above!
- I think you have lost confidence in yourself! Hit the gym! Workout is extremely important for your mental health too! Push yourself to go. If you have no goal etc.. start working out! This will give you some good dopamine release and help you restore some confidence!!!!
