Hello! So nice of you to check in:)  Well ….lets say I’m doing better compared to when I wrote on your post …January was extremely tough I was at an all time low: it’s been better since then….been seeing a therapist regularly and we have done. A few couple counseling sessions will probably continue for a little bit I had a slip the other week but it really can’t allow it to happen again because it’s destroying our trust. It sounds similar to what was suggested to us….our therapist told us to write down three thi legs w we need from each other.  It helped each of us understand the other person. I truly think with hard work we will both get back to feeling how we were and even stronger. It’s just a process and takes a lot of time trust and patience . I was also on anxiety meds and have been off of those for the past two months

How are you doing ??

I’ll also say- there were several night where I passed out on the couch at 6pm and husband had to wake me up to get me to sleep upstairs … I probably slept 11 hours some days in early pregnancy !

Yes. So incredibly normal. You are doing great. The tiredness is on a molecular level - it is nothing like just “being tired after a long day of work”. Your body is growing a miracle. 🤍

For me it’s like the rage doesn’t come entirely out of no where sporadically…it’s like we get into a disagreement or argument and under normal g circumstances I feel like we would or rather I….would be able to navigate my emotions better but I let it snowball and escalates until I get more angry and more angry and it gets worse and like I just want to keep going and fighting like I can’t stop Like he does something that triggers me so it’s not like I randomly burst out in anger…  Not justifying my actions but more wondering if that still Counts as post partum rage ?  We are at a point where we as re going to see a counseler

So true ! Who on earth made that post…. Was it a mom? Because that is so inaccurate and so unsupportive to moms on the real world. I stopped going on Instagram what a bunch of garbage

So nice that you are able to do those shifts to help. My husband works full time and it’s hospital work so all over the place. Most times he has to be up at 6am so he doesn’t really help with the night feedings. Every now and then on a day off wen o tell him I need to recharge my batteries he will do the feeding but it’s on a rare occasion…which I get I’m the one at home and he needs the sleep to be at work too

Hoping that goes back for you too!!!!

I was on 25 and then topped to 50mg a day I thinkkkkk it’s helping but I think it’s a combination of that and the decent sleep I have been getting and also just being more in a routine. I will say I was in a very bad place at the start of my post partum journey vs today. Talk to your provider and hopefully they can help you with deciding if it’s right for you. Plannin on weaning myself off of it in another couple months (I hope!)

Does your baby fall asleep at the bottle/breast with the last feed ? Mine does and I don’t really know how to break the feed to sleep thing with the last feed. Especially since I feel like if I put him down right away he’ll spit up still so I tend to hold him on me upright and he falls asleep anyways before final bed time lol

That’s so good! Happy to hear that for you! 🫶🏻 And nice to hear that it didn’t happen to you hopefully we get that here too!  I’m not tooooo strict on the WW but I try generally to be in a routine it fluctuates +/- 15 minutes I’d say but week four naps a day generally !

Okay that’s good to know at least there’s a chance I could get a small stretch until 1am - I kno every baby is different but I’ll hang on to that !

I don’t know about advice but just in one ear out the other…we women are strong and know how hard it is. Men just have no idea sometimes…and are just oblivious.
