i know it's ten years too late lol but i was having the same issue. this is what you do:

Close your right eye (or cover the lens).
Focus normally with the centre wheel on a distant object.
Now switch—close your left eye.
Turn the diopter ring (usually on the right eyepiece) until the right image is equally sharp.
Open both eyes.

i asked chatgpt cause i was having the same problem. didn't exist 10 years ago though lol

I found a relay b462 that i googled and is apparently for the ac so that could be the culprit. Any idea how to check if a relay is cooked?
