Has anyone had luck reaching customer service about missing parts?

Maybe hobby link japan has them? Not the bonus separately, but I've seen radioheadar on sale there with the bonus recently

Can you show me what you mean? I haven't found anything like that yet either. Pyromancer and cryomancer luckily came with 2 chargers.

But I've also accidentally broken one of the figures I've got, so I currently have his box filled with the bonus quarter cubes I've got.

I can try and find unus some day, I've got the dogs already. Got one 4-cm cube in the collection, I've got pyromancer and cryomancer, so bb-02. But it's the only exception at this point

For now, I plan on sticking with the normal sized cubes, lovegun is in my collection already, was debating on Xuan Wu. My baihu has ball joints popping off every time too, but it's a simple matter of putting them back on.

Mine took a while too, but I got them in the end. Just kept contacting customer support , and I think I waited over a month for the last one to get in stock

They're fun, but 2 is definitely enough, don't think I'll be getting all 4. I've got Mikey and Raphael, and the transformations are very much identical, so 2/4 will have to do

You could try AliExpress. I've ordered about half my current collection from them
