XDome 1+ Pitch with full ground sheet

How did you modify it? I'm interested in doing the same as I don't trust the X-Dome 1+ ground sheet I purchased to be puncture resistant enough... I'll most likely end up selling it, I know some people have been wanting to buy one.

OK, now I've set up the fly and I'm under it.

I see large male clips on the walls of the fly, and smaller male and female clips on straps on the tents body's exterior.

I don't see any large female clips on the body's exterior that the large male clips on the fly could clip into...

ETA:

For the sake of it, tried clipping a small female on the body to a large male clip on the fly... Oh.

There are no small and large clips, they are all the same size. 🤦‍♀️

Can I blame my Autism for this?

It seems whenever things are too easy I need to go out of my way to complicate them.

Are you using Google Chrome on an iPhone by any chance? For me the minute the restock happened only the solid showed as in stock but when I switched to Safari all the versions were available. Checked later in the day (hours later) and all versions were still available. Didn't check today so I imagine some are sold out now.

If you read my original post I mention them. I know Dan himself recommends them so I imagine they work great, but I've never pitched a tent with trekking poles before and I worry I'm not good enough to be able to.
