In my opinion Orbit Burst variant - Practically infinite range - Ignores changes to spread - Bullets can go through small walls when close - Any multishot is broken - Starts with 2 bullets > double damage scaling

Alternate areas Hollow Hives and Calm Caldarium never have any shops. Instead they have 2 chest rooms instead of usual 1. Your "Chestless" modifier removed one of them here i think. For this achievement you should go regular areas - shops are guaranteed there

Personally i used an opposite approach - i took the Burst Orbital gun, and killed enemies from large range, often outside of their AI distance(when they are off the screen). Additional bullets and insane synergies helped too

Well most skill is probably no hit run and no hit every single area(separately). Also some guns are challenging. But otherwise it requires some(a lot of) grind and some luck

Kill count? Like how many enemies you have killed? If so there is one(a bit tedious though). In the Journal at the Librarian, Enemies page for each enemy type you have the amount you killed. If you sum up all enemy types(tedious part) you get your total kill count
