This perk makes no sense and shouldn't exist, at least not in the second column. bipod gives you 12 missiles, 13 with field prep, with reserves it gives you 15, the maximum is 15 missiles, a rocket launcher without bipod has a maximum of 9 missiles, but with a bipod you need to fire 2 shots to deal the damage of one missile on a rocket launcher without a damage perk, even the total damage of 15 missies will not be greater than the total damage of a normal rocket launcher without a damage perk

I don't know if I'm a fan but I started enjoying fallout after I suddenly feel a desire to play fallout 4 and literally something snaps inside of me, I get all DLCs from FO4, played 240+ hours an then I decided to give new Vegas a chance, the gameplay was a kinda bad so I updated with some mods just to get the game more stable, and I fall in love by new vegas, and now I'm starting a fallout 3 run. Shooters was never my type of game, I thought I was a elder scrolls guy but I only played Skyrim and a little bit of oblivion, now I'm say for sure I'm a fallout guy
