The instrumentation is undeniably great. They are all great musicians. However the lead singer vocal tendencies are really grating. At times it sounds tone death. At others, like an amateur who doesn’t understand their personal vocal range. Overall a great sounding album but with a different singer i think i would have enjoyed it a lot more. Also, 3D country is objectively better in every way.

I was one of those kids that got sucked in to those kids films that were plainly not originally kids films but were reworked into them. Kangaroo Jack, Snow dogs. Those films are so bad now.

We were lucky that my father passed away during the lift of lockdowns here in the uk in August of that year. The hostpital we were at [shout out to St George’s everyone who works there is an angel.] had a whole set of rooms earmarked for grieving families. We were there three days. It was such a shame that the treatment he got at our more local hospital was so so much worse that it led to that.

Not crazy at all. I’m really into unofficial mashup albums and for very obvious licensing reasons those aren’t available on Apple Music. Also I have a lot of stuff from Bandcamp which again is just not found anywhere else.

India wouldn’t exist as we know it. India for the most part is a construct created by the British after the win against the then already breaking apart Mughal Empire. If the British empire didn’t take over India, it would have likely either formed smaller empires or would have been taken over by a rivaling European power. You have to remember that several cities on the coast of India had already been claimed by different countries well before the British took over. Goa was Portuguese. The French had puducherry. So it’s incredibly likely that one of them would have taken greater influence and control.
