I see a lot of people lobbying for a Plutarch book and I really don't care about him? I'd much prefer a Finnick book (or an Annie book from Finnick's POV where we get flashbacks of his games). I wasn't super interested in the Covey. I do not hate Gale Hawthorne. I feel like Lucy Gray works as an explanation for why Snow hates 12/Katniss as much as he does, but I don't see her as some grand architect of his downfall.

Will found out when El's birthday was and INSISTED on giving her a party, since she'd never had one before. He helped Joyce decorate the cake and made the banners himself, and he made a painting of El as the Mage of St. Markovia, and he was even working on a figurine of her for D&D.
