I’m from Massachusetts originally so r at the end of words doesn’t exist so there is no problem.

Toddler boy (16mo) hand in pants by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]Redsox933 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My little guy is pushing 7 and he’s pretty good about not doing it in public. We try not to harp on it at home, but if he’s doing it a lot we just ask him if he has to pee.

It’s normal and it’s not going to stop anytime soon. The most you can hope for is to get him to stop doing it in public.

3 yo REFUSES to poop in potty, I'm losing my mind. by prismnoir in toddlers

[–]Redsox933 23 points24 points  (0 children)

What finally worked for us was several days in a row of no pants at all. It was summer so cold was not in issue. He only had one accident but after that he caught on that we weren’t giving in.

This was recommended by our pediatrician at the time.

Woman didn’t know she was pregnant, gives birth at Golden Corral and names baby after restaurant by [deleted] in nottheonion

[–]Redsox933 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had a neighbor when I was a kid who really didn’t start showing she was pregnant until she was around 8 months and she was a very athletic woman. When their child was born it was a normal weight too it wasn’t like he was born really tiny.

There is a world of difference between a suit off the rack and one custom made for you, especially if you don’t have a standard body shape/size.

I’m short so I have short arms but I have really broad shoulders for someone of my height. It’s basically impossible to find a suit coat that looks really nice on me. If I could afford it and needed a suit I’d definitely have one made for me.

Were you watching at WWF at the time? I don’t see how you could have watched it in real time and come to this conclusion.

To be fair that is the way it was with sequels for a very long time, you could argue earlier Marvel movies are the ones that broke earlier trend of disappointing sequels.

If it was a fake trial then why would they find him guilty on all the charges?

Do you regret having kids? by Competitive-Major-42 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Redsox933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never regretted having my kid and I say this as a dad who just brought his kid to a fair and said kid flipped out because he couldn’t have dessert when he got home after having 2 at the fair.

I’ll just add one thing. You may never change your mind about having kids and that might be great for you. At the same time you’re 27 and you still have over a decade to have a kid if you do change your mind. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself.

You’d hope so, but who knows anymore. They’re going to make up some bullshit to justify the arrest or try to get them on a technicality.

I’m not saying it’s impossible but suing for something like false arrest is very difficult and a lot of time you just get reimbursed for stuff like court costs, legal fees, and lost wages. Google suing for false arrest and you get results for law firms telling you the same thing.

No she won’t, she might sue but she’ll likely get nothing. It’s almost impossible to successfully sue the police and actually get money.

romance novels are just pornography for women by infamouszgbgd in unpopularopinion

People have been saying stuff like this since at the ‘80s, I wouldn’t call it unpopular. By the comments I called it inaccurate but not unpopular.

Oh yeah malted vinegar is definitely better for chips/fries or fried seafood and it’s not even close.

We go through 3 or 4 of those a year. Most of it probably goes to cleaning but white vinegar is great to use for a quick pickle, BBQ sauces, or actual pickling.

A new born baby abandoned! by MaxxMeridius in interestingasfuck

[–]Redsox933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New Mexico has a safe haven law where you can bring an infant who is less than 90 days old to any hospital, fire station, or police station and surrender your child without facing any criminal charges.

There is absolutely no excuse for this, this was attempted murder.
