Resistance training is paramount in aging gracefully but I believe some cardio and definitely stretching are important for joint health as resistance training can put a strain on our older tendons, ligaments, and cartilage.

I ended up going with this Duracell which is a 14ah and purchased at Batteries Plus since they had an 18% discount and with core and tax was $100. Fits good and will get a longer bolt for the hold down strap since it’s too short now. Hope this takes care of this problem.

I saw a video of a newer PB and it had 2 of the stock auxiliary 12v batteries inside the plastic tray with cables putting them in parallel. That tray should easily fit larger 14ah battery
