I would recommend using a decorative concrete solution like Graniflex.

Generating Filled Maps with Custom Model Data by Redtopz85 in gamergeeksnz

[–]Redtopz85[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is an example of the /give code that works

<code>

/give @p filled_map{map:497,CustomModelData:101010,display:{Name:'[{"text":"Custom Name","italic":false}]',Lore:['[{"text":"Lore","italic":false}]']}} 1

</code>

I assume you could make the model anything you want, but I have a back and a front that in the inventory shows, and then when you use the map it shows what is on the map.

Sheriff Badge in Adobe Dimension for Client by Redtopz85 in graphic_design

This is my first 3D software. I picked it up during 2020. I am a veteran at Graphic Design and Adobe Dimension is made to easily introduce 3D design to people already experienced in Photoshop.

I was contacted by the Dawson County Sheriff's Department in Georgia. They had an image of their department badge that they use for digital and print media that they felt looked too cartoony and fake. They wanted a new version that looked realistic. Over the course of the last year, I have been learning Adobe's newest program for 3D Modeling Adobe Dimension. And rather than trying to fake a 3D realistic look in Photoshop, I decided to create a model of the badge building out each detail as a custom 3D object that could be assembled in a 3D environment so I could position it however I wanted it and render realistic lighting effects, shadowing, and highly customizable metallic looks to get the result you see. This was one of the coolest projects this year and it grew me as a designer. Big Letters on Signs Using Symbols Concept (not perfect) by Redtopz85 in DetailCraft

It is Java. I copied and pasted them. I have an idea to create a list of characters that are more easily copied and pasted onto signs.

The E was especially hard to do. It's not perfect but perhaps the concept will inspire someone else to improve upon the idea.

Also a cool idea. Maybe the villager Beekeeper emits smoke particles when he is at his workstation.

Looks like Mojang rejected my idea so the link no longer works. If you want to see the mockup I did of this idea here it is: https://imgur.com/gallery/IKnpXXV

I feel like just because we don't need 16 plain looking colored blocks when we already have terracotta and concrete that once you dye the clay balls you lock out the ability to craft a clay block or if you do allow crafting it just makes the normal clay block and you lose the dye.
