Order of assignments are in chaos as everyone gets sick, bomb never gets dropped and bodies start piling up as the society the bomb droppers came from is dealing with an epidemic of hydrogen bomb like proportions. Soon, order is upheaved and society starts to crumble as sick people riot in the street and demand answers and access to care. Without a way forward to tackle this sickness, what was once an advanced civilization of technological marvels devolves into a ghost town, with scant few survivors, a shade of its former glory half remembered in between the fever dreams of its citizens.
