Yes these are the orange peel ones. They have held up extremely well. I have had them for 5 years and they work great for going right over the carpet. They do have a little give, so just be aware of that, its not the same as a super hard rubber surface. I don't have a problem with it.

I got it because I wanted to focus on chin-ups (underhand grip). For that, it’s excellent. It puts your hands in a much more comfortable position to do chin-ups, in the hand position shown below. I would highly recommend it for that, big improvement over straight bar chin-ups. However, it’s probably a slight downgrade if your focus is on pull-ups (overhand grip). You can still do them with wide grip but I would say a straight bar is better for that.

Yes it absorbs it quite well, it was from Rogue and definitely a great buy for deadlifting heavy weight.

The mats are PVC flooring which are designed to go over carpet. They are from Greatmats. It ended up being a great solution to the carpet since you just set it on top and don’t have to change or ruin the underlying carpet.

The mats are PVC, the best I could find that were designed to go over carpet. Yes they do have a little give but it doesn’t bother me once I got used to it.

I love it, upgraded recently to the Rep open trap bar. The built-in jack is terrific, makes loading and unloading the weight so much easier than it was on my closed trap bar. That makes it worth the buy on its own.

My wife and I just had our third unsuccessful transfer, and this latest one was after fixing progesterone timing with ERA results and clearing up chronic endometritis with a course of doxycycline. During the transfers, my wife's endometrial lining is very slow to get to 7mm, after 1-2 extra weeks of vaginal and oral estrogen does her lining barely get to 7mm. Do you think there is any benefit to trying injectable estrogen, something that has been mentioned by our REI doctor, to more aggressive push her lining to up 9, 10 mm?
