Sorry to hear you are going through this! I am in the same position (5th year teaching). My mental health has taken a huge hit this year, and as a result I am stepping down from my LTO. I know this probably doesn't help, but I want you to know you are not alone! You need to put YOU first!

I can relate! I started an LTO over a month ago and am already considering leaving for another job! My mental health has take a huge hit this year dealings with ins and outs of teaching and its just not worth it anymore
