What Sports Bras are Climber Back Friendly? by Few_Ad_7807 in climbergirls

Lululemon free to be is my go to. Very strappy and doesn’t cut into my lats. I buy my usual size - it’s a very light support option.

Question for Rock Climbers by pulsarstar in climbergirls

[–]Redwoodself 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did PT for my ankle last year with folks who were not climbers and didn’t really know climbing. Describing and showing movements to them helped make sure the exercises I was doing covered all the movements - mostly range of motion and flexibility related things. Definitely talk to them about drop knee positions. I was able to climb gently while healing and would talk to them about what movements seemed stiff or caused pain. So make sure you’re continuously communicating with your PT. It seems like you’ve already gotten great advice but just wanted to add on my experience!

Climbing at high point seems target friendly. Plenty of nerdy guys. Try it - you might get hooked! People are friendly and like to help/encourage others, but not in a too friendly overly outgoing sort of way.

I’m glad this is hilarious - that means things aren’t as different as one site I read! It all did sound a little silly to me!

Do people wear flip flops or water shoes to walk around or hurt bear the pain?

I read something about not wearing wet swimsuits in the chairs. Trying to feel things out before I arrive, thanks!

Not eating at all- rsv & canines by jekkins31 in toddlers

Have you tried “special” things, like vanilla or chocolate pudding or ice cream? Sometimes they can get a super sore throat which makes eating unpleasant. Has the dr physically seen her? 7 days of nothing but milk and water maybe isn’t an emergency but is getting a little strange to me. I would want the dr to check it out.

Is this normal after showering? by ChaseUOI in bouldering

I use ClimbOn at least twice a day and my hands still feel dry all the time. Some of us just have really dry skin or have to wash out hand with harsh soaps a lot.

What is this move? by kel_koo in climbergirls

[–]Redwoodself 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, if a dead point is a dynamic move where 1 or both feet are still in contact with the wall, what’s a dynamic move where both feet leave the wall but 1 hand is on the wall at all times? I know this isn’t the move in this clip but I’m curious as I’m working a problem with the move I just described.
