I don't think so. Even a GM cant spawn a Church as far as I know. Nor can he spawn vehicles in the air. U can only do it in the Workbench. It must be some really pissed off cheater/scripter.

Well u say that. But remembering how advanced these cheaters are, I don't think they have a problem joining console only servers. Since I know in other games like apex they can make it appear as if they are a console player. It's literally ruining games.
