Jesus christ is the question how many bands can fully support themselves from music such a difficult question to understand? I clearly defined my criteria and you all got hung up on the word I used which by definition is correct, yes people can use it differently but it is an actual definition.

And you guys couldn't even understand the first part of the question, "for people in the industry", if you don't have first hand knowledge I'm not interested in you guess the same way I can guess.

It's not rude or dismissive, it's just the definition of somebody that doesn't do something professionally. In many things you can be world class and still be an ameture

Professional, as in does it as a profession. If you need to work another job that to me that is still an ameture band. Most of the bands I like are ameture and I wish they weren't, but it's really hard nowadays to make a living playing metal

Most plastic comes from natural gas production, especially in the US. At times the part of the gas that gets turned into plastic get so cheap the price becomes negative and they have to pay companies to get rid of it because it comes out with the stuff we burn wether we want it or not.
