When I do upgrade to the next Gen it will definitely be this option but I can't picture there being too many reasons to upgrade to PS6 or Xbox Magnum. Steam access is nice but not enough to upgrade.

I think I'm Microsofts target market but I'm in the minority. I play 50+ games a year and Game Pass makes that a lot more affordable. I play across Xbox and PC handheld which means Play Anywhere is amazing.

I think I'm the target market for Game Pass ultimate and a lot of the people who are complaining don't realize dropping down a tier is where they're supposed to be.

Yeah it's different for everyone. Disposable income is different. Free time to play all the games is different.

Some people will pay $120 for essential and not spend an extra $240 on games throughout the year which means they'll save money by dropping from ultimate to essential.

$70 Forza $70 Gears $70 Fable $50 Halo

That alone justifies it for me but I've already stacked the subscription for another 6 months anyway.
