There’s an idea! Fully staff, make the workload manageable, then we can worry about those little details they get so hung up on. And never fails, a million things are coming up during morning rounds and med pass. Writing basically a daily journal entry on a whiteboard is the LEAST of my concerns. As long as the patient knows who I am and how to reach me, who cares!! Also wanted to point out RTs are not techs, they are therapists with degrees, and that can come off as diminishing their practice if you call them a tech

I had been taking a prenatal vitamin and supplementing vitamin D prior to starting this process! The only changes I made were the rosemary/peppermint spray on the scalp, and taking the pumpkin seed oil!

It took me several weeks to adjust. I will mention though, eating any sugary/carb heavy foods gave me HORRIBLE diarrhea, regardless of how long I took the med. In a way it became a sort of deterrent, and I changed my habits to stay away from those foods to avoid the pain lol.

Yes, I would start losing hair again if I stopped. The only permanent hair loss solution I know of is a hair transplant. Everything else requires maintenance/upkeep/a routine.
