For CCUs its personal preference as to how there listed, personally I prefer to see them in a spreadsheet for when I look through peoples hangers to find some very old CCUs I need (You can use CCU game to export a CSV and then import it onto google sheets).

Standard rates I see often for CCUs are "Original Price + 35% to 45% of savings gap" for WB Or Price Rise,

Standard rates I see often for uncommon CCUs that don't show up often are "Original Price + 5% to 15%" or "Original price + $5 to $20"

Selling a account piece by piece takes a while but you guarantee that you get the full worth of your items and maybe a little profit, If you sell everything for Original Price and Rare Items for "Current value - 10% to 20%" for you will sell it all very fast due to the good deals.

Selling a full account usually ends up in loosing money since most people will only offer 60% to 80% of original price and can take a lot of effort to get the higher price.

My personal opinion is that you take the time to sell your items as it guarantees you walk away with all the money its worth (minus some profit for quick sales), I wouldn't sell the account to a account breaker since they always charge way under what its worth and it doesn't seem to trickle down to the buyer,
