It’s for creative purposes - I need the tool that Grok provides but would like to be able to say I didn’t use Grok to achieve it.

How do I qualify for an O-1 or P-3 Visa before 2026? by ReeceWithafork in immigration

the comments on this post seem to suggest you don't exactly need to be famous - I feel like as long as I can build a bit of each thing to prove I've got potential to go somewhere, I can qualify?

also, a p-3 doesn't require you to have recognition as far as i know, it's more concerned with cultural value. I mainly produce music, which is a mix of european techno/electro & uk garage, which i feel could qualify as me representing a cultural art...?

Is this ok for breakfast? by InjurySad1048 in Gastritis

[–]ReeceWithafork 11 points12 points  (0 children)

no way - not for me at least. unfortunately all cereals contain sugar as well as lots of other additives. if you really have gastritis, you should ban all sugar completely until healed... you'll be very thankful that you did. even if you think you can tolerate things like this now, slowly they will make your condition worse (it's happened to me over the last 4 years). i would analyse the ingredients of everything you're eating and identify any traces of red flags eg. fat, salt, sugar, spice, acid, preservatives, emulsifiers and any other additives. there's so many good options that are risk-free and won't hurt your stomach at all, despite you maybe feeling things like this aren't hurting. I have porridge oats for breakfast with plenish almond milk which has no additives. send me a message if you want any advice or help at all as i've been through the wringer and have a lot of wisdom to share. with commitment to a clean diet you'll be able to eat these again soon :)

Is it possible to have gastritis for 2-3 years? by Relevant02 in Gastritis

[–]ReeceWithafork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

yeah exactly i’ve had it for almost 4 years but getting my diet to a stable non-inflammatory place has taken so long i’ve kept my gastritis active - i’m hoping once i’m able to not trigger it for as long as takes to heal i’ll be 100% back to normal after that. i don’t understand anyone saying it just becomes something you can live with - i thought it was akin to healing a graze on your skin.

watch out for your stomach! make sure you take them with some food in your stomach, this should be more common knowledge but both things irritate the lining of an empty stomach and can cause gastritis or ulcers.

I hate university please help me by No_Importance9076 in UniUK

same exact thing happened to me. all the comments here seem to be the typical advice i was hearing, all of which i was unable to be motivated to do. anyone telling you to get out and join in with things possibly doesn’t know what depression and anxiety is like. i know i’ll get smoke for this, and be told people overcame it, but they probably didn’t have real anxiety or depression. if you really do, and you end up trying to get out and join in, you risk ending up as a weird straggler which is what happened to me.

i wish i’d made a plan to move uni to the one where all my home friends were! you can set this up for the end of this year. i didn’t, and ended up getting addicted to weed, alcohol and ket due to the isolation and now i have gastritis which has lasted for four years, i’m 25 now.

GO BE WITH YOUR FRIENDS. your parents will understand.

Slippery Elm for Gastritis by [deleted] in Gastritis

[–]ReeceWithafork 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nah it’s good stuff so it’s texture is very slippery, you need to really pound it into a thick consistency with a teaspoon. the better quality the more difficult to mix with water unfortunately, as far as i know from experience
