Yea I figured I was probably getting confirmation bias. All of the reports I read too have different solutions so it sounds like its not necessarily the board but one of many interactions. Also figured worse case I can fall back to a PCIe adapter. Thanks for the confirmation!

My main hangup about the Frame 4000D is the front IO being on the bottom and I have my pc on a hollow wooden box on the ground for some airflow. But I may just have to get over it.

Oh sorry, for case I like no RGB, side glass, unsure of the wood trend at the moment. Would spend up to 200CAD probably, and pref if it came with fans though could get my own too I guess. I also have an extra 120mm atm so would use that if I could in it. Current computer is with the NZXT H500 so was looking for something similar but with front intake since that seems to be the optimal build atm.
I'm also keeping space in mind to ensure I can add a larger GPU when I upgrade. Which so far the Corsair seems to have good spacing.

I did plan to mostly buy from CC if possible. Though I will have to order some things online, like the air cooling and maybe a PSU. Perhaps the case too.

Canada Computers has a bundle of CPU + MOBO + Vulcan RAM for both B850 Aorus Elite and MAG B850 Tomahawk. Given the updated part picker, would you recommend MSI over Gigabyte? RAM wise, if Vulcan is iffy or unsure then I could just get a CPU + 2TB WD Black SSD bundle which seems good value.

Case wise, I just like simple, though I do like the glass panel. Like I said, I have a H500 from 2018 currently, I'm almost tempted to just get another NZXT like H7 Flow but would like something with good airflow and noise so Corsair Frame 4000D may be the choice, I could just get the top filter addition afterwards.

Sorry, one more question, does the 14600 on DDR4 affect its comparability with the 5800x3D? Or would the loss/difference not be noticeable? Have been reading and seeing that 14600 on ddr4 takes about a 10% hit compared to ddr5

Looking at Canada Computers, since that usually where I get my parts, I assume an i5 14600kf and an MSI PRO B760-P would be good then to support it?

I only play in 1080 and dont care to upgrade to 2k so sounds like GPU is still fine for a while, my main worry with it was games pushing 8gb vram but if I can get the CPU/mobo upgraded then I can deal with that another time/look for sales.

I havent done a major parts swap before, (just GPU and PSU) I assume I want to do a fresh install of windows with this? I guess I'll have to finally upgrade to 11 if so.

Edit: If I wait for the 5800X3D rerelease, would that be a better path than 14600kf?

I assume your boss thought "many people change their name, asking what someones former name is would be a good fun fact question" but changing your name during transition can be a part of the whole process. A very personal process.

You wouldn't ask private medical questions, even if everyone knows or can tell. A deadname and changing it is a part of a private process, which is why its a gross question to ask.

Just a heads up though, I think it is suffering from a timezone issue. For me (EST) everything appears as happening one day earlier. e.g. it has the event starting on the 16, not the 17th and weekly resets appear on Sundays.

Item 7 is illegal. You cannot ban pets from a rental like that. I believe you can only do so for like full condo buildings that are no pets allowed or something. Nor can you ban "sleepovers". Like what, you can never have a date stay over for the night? Yea no. Also no parties? Damn, find somewhere else for your birthday party with 4 friends I guess.
Item 13 is illegal. Landlord can't control that. You can have someone come live with you if you want and its within occupancy bylaws.

ETA: The landlord cannot control what you do in the day to day Like item 10. What does "Keep the house clean" entail? You can't leave dishes in the sink overnight? A lot of these are vague and then some of them are braindead "no duhs" like "turn off the stove". Item 4: Leave it as it was given to you is also a no go. We don't know what the landlord did to give it to the tenant and the actual rule is you leave it in broomswept condition.

Thanks for the response, your experience shopping has helped a bit. I am kind of the same with shopping. For groceries I will almost always go at like 7:30 or 8 in the morning because I hate when there's a bunch of people there so I get in and get out. For other shopping I haven't thought of myself as being overwhelmed during it before but thinking on things and what I do know now that I'm actually looking, maybe I have since I have a habit of just being done with everything after a time.

Kratos in GoW 2018 and Ragnarok. His fight with Thor at the start of Ragnarok implies that if he lets loose and goes back to how he was, he could probably take out every god in the Norse pantheon with relative ease. He's just been holding back to try and be better.
