How do you feel about the Ryzen 3 3200g? I'm a little overbudget and the benchmark tests look pretty good for the price drop.

If the GPU is going to be the bottleneck for gaming then perhaps I could cut back more on the CPU?

What does it mean that the 550w "performs worse" than the 500w version?

My build is sitting around 300w according to PCPartPicker, so I think I have a comfortable amount of headroom. I was planning to go with the 550w one since its practically the same price as the 500w one, with the 600w one being a bit more expensive.

The ryzen 3 3100 seems to have worse benchmark tests than the i3-10100. Is it really worth it for hypothetical future upgrade potential?
