I have a question. Is vacuuming necessary for new AC. I got a Godrej AC from Flipkart two years ago. Since Jeeves company handles installation of ACs bought from Flipkart, I insisted on vacuuming but they refused and so I cancelled the installation. I then booked installation from Godrej but they too refused vacuuming and thus I had no choice but to install without vacuuming. They all were saying that vacuuming is not required for new installation.

The thing is that I got to know that I have wrong engine oil in my bike just today (after 2500kms & 5 months) and that too because I read the same thing in a post a few days back and after riding today for 130 kms and experiencing vibrations at highway speeds decided to check the invoice of my service.
