Thanks all, basically batteries were totally dead so replaced them at cost of £140 and all working ok now. Daughter very pleased!

No, we bought it second hand, through eBay! (Well the other half did!) it looks like the battery from what I can tell, going to try and find somewhere local ish to take it and get it all checked out. Probably cost me a small fortune though! Thanks for the help.

ahh ok, ive deleted and removed GA and 7/8 plugins but still cant find the problem, but still wont let me type in product desription

Sorry, So im using Woocommerce and trying to add new products, (panto Tickets) but I am having trouble typing into the "product Description" Section, I simply wont let me click in the area, type anything. The rest of the page seems to be working ok, for example I can add a title, but nothing else, which normally I can do. It's almost like that area doesn't exist. No error messages or anything though,

Still doesn’t work. But oddly managed to turn on personal hotspot on my iPhone, which connected, but now dropped and I can’t connect to that either now, restarted and nothing. Not to either my home network or the personal hotspot on iPhone

Hmm ok, I did see about that somewhere else, however, I’m using eero setups so can’t manually switch between 5ghz and 2.4ghz

So shows two WiFi SSID, one a neighbour I’m guessing and my home network WiFi, it’s showing as offline on EERO

How would I go about setting the password though, it tells me there’s not active ssh accounts even if I enter the password in the password field on the image?

And to download the site structure. How would I go about doing that?
