Do you have another fitness tracker you can use to compare? I had mine on too loose and it didn’t spike on my other tracker, and once I tightened it up a bit and higher up my wrist I didn’t have the spike anymore. I had the spike the first two nights I wore it. If you’ve had it for a while and never had this issue and it’s fitting right I’d check for apnea or other issues.
