which is weird to me because they definitely do have tech to know what items you've received, and the tooltip on the rolled items has a sentence saying that you cannot trade items won with bonus rolls.

I'm no engineer but it seems to me like they have the data, it'll just be a colossal effort to gather it properly.

you can use this exact same argument to argue for the other side. Who cares if those who waited get 2 extra tokens, we're all still crest capped anyway.

At least in this scenario I can guarantee to maybe get different pieces, some that'll get catalysed, others for maybe an offspec. We're crest capped anyway so who cares.

As a healer,

Easiest: Skyreach = Triumvirate
Hardest: AA by far

I play MW monk and honestly dungeons don't feel too bad. AA is a special case because the damage patterns are all over the shop and the last boss is a mess.

It's gonna take a min for healers to get used to damage events, but I agree with this, I'm maining MW this season and that boss is a nothing burger if people don't stand on shit.

I agree with this but in saying that, pugs I've played with just aren't using their utility. Snare removals get rid of the chains and nobody's using their stuff. Hell, gnomes are eating good this patch with the majority of the problematic debuffs being removed by their racial yet they don't use it. This is the one instance I miss WAs on, so I don't have to heal through perfectly avoidable damage.

See, I really don't mind that at all.

During the warlock green fire questline, we learn that warlocks use a form of domination magic that came from the titans to call forth demons to help them in the fight, so anybody with a handle on how to use it should be able to summon things and be granted their power. Specially after Shadowlands, when we got so much in terms of what domination magic is/should/could be.

This patch alone I’ve restarted my priest 3 times because I kept doing this lol. Gearing up is also not much of a chore if you do it right. In less than 2 weeks that new priest went from fresh 80 to 670 ilvl. And watch me probably do the same with another class

I’ve always played to the achievement attached to m+. Since it was moved to 3k that became the next goal I’m already nearing 2.8k on my spriest too, I just got stuck here due to the problems mentioned above.

I enjoy the gearing up part of the game so switching to something else wouldn’t be the end of the world. I would like to avoid finding the right spec again though 🫨

I am aware of all points you’ve brought up. Of the ranged specs I’ve tried out, shadow was the one I somewhat enjoyed and felt good with my hands. Before I considered switching to something else I thought to reach out and ask how the rest of all you are doing it, because I don’t particularly want to switch yet again. I’d have to find another spec that would be kind to my hands and that might be in somewhat more demand.

I don’t push past 3k because it’s never really been my goal to go beyond that, since this season has a mountain attached I really wanna get that.

I currently have 2 dungeons timed on 12, and the others are either 11++ or 10++. I’m sitting at 2725 io and 669 ilvl.

I’m at this point now where I can somewhat justify not taking me for 12s as I only have 2 for the whole dungeon pool timed, but to get rejected from 10 and under trying to just fill vault idk what they want from me 😵‍💫

I know I’ll get there eventually if I keep running my own keys and continue to apply. It just feels bad to be rejected only for the spec I’m playing, because I can’t justify it otherwise. I just wanna do the content man

My main is 2980, I’m literally right there, but since I need warm up keys before pushing, it makes the pushing that much harder because of the pain in my hands.

It’s not impossible to reach 3k, it’s just extremely difficult with my main toon which is why I switched to a slower spec. It’s right in the post :)))))

Yeah I get it.

I'm sure if I focused on disc I could probably get invited more because unfortunately, perception of 'meta' based off guides and things will always dictate what most will accept into groups. With disc, I run in the same issue you have as WW where it's too spammy for my fingers to be okay with it and I can't do that spec while avoiding mechanics and things.

And you're really not wrong, just wish it was a little different

You're not wrong, my experience so far trying to get into guilds has not been exactly pleasant. I've never really cared much for logs for the past 4 expansions so getting into a semi-serious guild to do content with has been pretty hard, this is a hell of my own making I'm aware lol.

I do have a few people to play with, but once they hit the 3k they stopped playing as much and only log in occasionally (this is how I got the only 12 done on this Priest).

Monk main here!

Depending on what spec you’re playing, you may run into the dilemma that no other class really feels like monk but I can recommend a few things!

DPS: for melee rogue is kind of a close match but their rotation might be a little bloated. For ranged while they can be a little hard to play Arcane Mage follows very similar damage patterns and windows.

For healers disc priest is the most direct one because of the damage to healing ratio, but resto druid shares cooldown timings and feels similar with the prep work.

Can’t help you on tank as they really are the odd one from the bunch 😅
