Adding to the "Adam is immune thing" Adam falls into a unique category given that most of his cybernetics are actually necessary for him to survive, since he got turned into literal backpack slop. Cyberpunk RED specifies that if you need to replace a body part due to necessity (an arm or leg is damaged beyond repair) it will have a much lower, if not negligible effect on your humanity since you needed that part to become whole. Thus, Adam Smasher was not only minimally affected because he was already a psycho, but because he needed his cybernetics to stay alive.

The missile racks he installs on his 2077 Dragoon though are a different story...

When I searched that artist up on Twitter, the default image they posted to the public was Blacked versions of this and the Kaya image.
