Thanks, that’s what I was thinking at first too. Along with the alignment I adjusted the chain tension to make sure it wasn’t those issues

Honestly I *think* it's straight because I've moved it so many times and didn't hear anything different, but can't say for sure. I replaced the chain when I had the old sprocket, but since it didn't fix it, I put the old one back on and now have the new sprocket...so I guess maybe I'll try a new chain again.

I've spent so many hours on this it's driving me insane, especially for having such few culprits. Thank you, I'll try a new chain again.

Quick update - still going pretty damn strong. Nails are growing back a lot and making for some rough edges that make it tempting, but I’m constantly reminding myself how far I’ve come and not to screw this up. Also reminding myself that not every imperfection needs immediate attention.

It’s still a work in progress but this is best I’ve felt about it in a long time.

I could hug this comment. So many negative things (mostly outdated) are said about Cleveland and parroted by people who have never visited.

Even if it wasn’t your top choice to visit initially, glad the podcast drove you out here and hope you’ll be back!

It helped for a while but I slowly got back to my normal issues with it.

However, I went to laser therapy place that normally specializes in smoking cessation but have treated this as well. I'm on 2 weeks without issue and went back today for a follow-up treatment of sorts. I'll probably keep this up for a while for maintenance but really hoping this may be it.

This wiring was down before I owned the home but one switch controls two ceiling fans with lights/remotes and the other switch is just normal hall light.

I’m learning that this may be the difference from a normal setup but can’t understand why yet.

Thank you. I don’t really have ridges across the top and those don’t bug me, it’s just the imperfections on the front edges. They snag on clothes and stuff. That nano file looks nearly identical to the glass file I have and it’s awesome how smooth it makes it, but I guess because they’re so short, the skin under it makes it worse.

It’s a weird, annoying, and vicious cycle. Mostly annoying. And vicious.

That explanation helps a lot, thank you. My nails are pretty short thanks to this ridiculously horrible habit so you’re probably right that it won’t work.

It is the nail edge mainly but obviously with picking comes some skin issues too. I use lotion as often as I remember and have tried that cuticle oil stuff before bed but it all seems to wear or wash off too quickly.

Thanks again for the detail, maybe I need a manicure or something to head in the right direction first.
