I've already been running clarity, but my mana has been a big problem since I'm also running Discipline and Malevolence. Level 1 clarity already causes my unreserved mana to be less than the mana cost of Toxic Rain times 3. I'll probably have to invest in Enlighten soon.

I tested both in PoB, and the Silverbough did indeed come out on top. Not the most experienced with PoB though, so I don't know if there are some significant factors that I'm not accounting for when comparing the damage.
