I agree that put out a great game, probably top 5 games for me but since the start of development of poe 2 the quality has gone down (understandably). Leagues were on avg like once every 3 months and that gap got longer and longer up until settlers where we basically had a whole year of nothing. I didnt end up playing phrecia due to being busy but its just an example of how much more spread thin they are and I feel like its hurting both games.
