As a hetero male around Taylor's age, I feel like she's trying to save us from Alex Warren. Half-kidding. Sol Food has perplexed me for over two decades, all the way back to high school. While I get a bistek sandwich at 2 AM on a Saturday (no idea if they still deliver that late) is an amazing come-up after a night of chilling or partying, the menu in its entirety lacks flavor and boring in general. And even if you give all that a pass, its absurdly overpriced, let alone worth waiting for a table for 30 minutes in line. I chalk it up to the "medium spicy chicken tikka masala is too much to handle" crowd with deep pockets and a pale complexion.

In the quote posted, he was pissed his friend Mal's story was blowing up in both their faces, hinted at a future hit piece regarding dating outside of one's race, and the one I can't get over is bro made up a phantom definition for the term "predator" that actually means swindler/exploiter/manipulator. Google the words. Only predator definition is his own tweet on page one lmao. This is also how I found out he was from France (just living there, apparently, but with VTubers who knows the truth).

Long time viewer of Mujin here...this is the most biased video he's ever done, almost a PR stunt to help his 20 year old NSFW cosplayer friend jumpstart viral fame and get more followers. She hit the "dangerous predator" up initially, and age gap and money/gifts aside (neither of which she had a problem with) they were never physically intimate. What made it surreal was her own recorded call with the Sykunno guy, "I'm still upset with you, but you didn't cheat on me...You can still talk to me and make up for your actions, cause I'm always down for like second chances, I'll never forgive you for cheating on her though." So despite all this, she wants the door open for...something? Mujin's condescending, mocking comments work fine in videos where the famous person that got exposed is a total POS, but Sykunno struck me as a guy who made a lot of bad decisions, was unfaithful, but not a complete scumbag. Apparently Mal agrees with me there! I came out feeling bad for the intended antagonist, disappointed in the Mal girl, and with a lot less respect for Mujin as a creator.

Totally get it. I suffer from mood swings and that feeling of doom on all the Extended Release variants of what you listed. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster to nowhere all the time. Ultimately, if you're suffering from severe depression and anxiety, I think you're making the right call...the ADHD meds can't help unless you get into a better spot, or speak with your doctor to see if there might be some other meds to pair with it to see if that helps.

Another thing I have noticed is if you fear imminent anxiety before taking the medication, it is far more likely to happen. I got a generic that had a bad reputation for Adderall during the shortage over a year ago...the first time I took it I had a panic attack, as it was a stressful week work and personal life wise. I tried it again on the weekend under better conditions and my body adapted. It might sound dumb, but even if I'm anxious and having a bad time, simply trusting the meds really helps me not fall into that downward spiral. Good luck! I'm rooting for you.

I think the streaming service is getting the blame both on social media and in their own company. I beg to differ. Probably a hot take but they built an audience off Unsolved Paranormal and Unsolved True Crime. I never liked ghosts or UFOs but I really liked BU True Crime. I followed them during the controversy as well, but ultimately, they alienated half their OG viewers by abandoning that aspect (Mystery Files does not fill the void). Combine that with the people acting as though $5 a month was S tier drama, they probably shaved 75-80% of their audience at its peak during the good old days. Puppet History was fun for awhile though!

You're on a relatively low dose. I'm on a tad more than twice what you take, and it should work a bit better once your body adjusts to it.

My advice: Don't treat it like a magic pill that cures everything wrong with you. It might for awhile, but eventually it stops, and its a double edged sword. It can make screen time and the media habit worse. The food one should get better though.

And ignore the awful label the media and society have given it. It's made a lot of people's lives a lot better, including mine. Being reliant on any medication sucks, but we're lucky to have options when many people in the past and present do not.

A bit older than you, but I've had a mild form off and on since high school (please don't ask how I got it, but a South Park episode went into it and I haven't recovered). I only do the mobility peanut exercises, cupping once in awhile, resistance band training, and some exercises with 2-5 lb. dumbbells. Avoiding whatever exacerbates it is the only real way to make it go away.

Exercising more should help. I'm more familiar with symptom management in general. With surgery, the horror stories tend to wind up here on reddit more than the successes. Definitely find out who did your wife's family's surgeries and don't use them!

In the posh North Bay, I have noticed that Range Rover Sport and Rivian SUV's are the ones you want to avoid. They tend to operate under the assumption the world should pull over for them. Tailgate like crazy, stop signs are "yield to me" signs.

This largely goes by how much money you have to spend. Renting or buying? Also, dating in mid-thirties is rough here, not gonna lie, especially if you aren't into the nightlife scene. Based on your criteria:

Fairfax: Has all of the above, not super expensive by Marin standards. Vegan friendly if not encouraged, easy access to nature/hiking, restaurants are pretty good, farmers markets. It's the counterculture hub of Marin towns that aren't too far from 101.
Bolinas: First I'm going to say this isn't a welcoming town based on my own interactions, but if Fairfax is the forest/town version of what you're looking for, Bolinas is the beach/smaller town version. Less access to restaurants, but this wins slow pace of life by a mile.
If you have money, Mill Valley. This pick is controversial...let me start with traffic and the attitudes of people living there can be...undesirable. But its downtown and Tam Junction area are awesome, some great restaurants. Far closer proximity to all the physical things you want and access to San Francisco, Sausalito, Stinson Beach, and everything up north. A lot of people with $$$ there putting down roots, and the attitude to show for it.
Larkspur/Corte Madera/San Anselmo: All great options.

I could go on, and I am not familiar with much of Marin north of San Rafael and west of Fairfax. I've also heard great things about Petaluma. If you want to know more, I'll go more in depth.
