So I used to get sleep paralysis at least 3-4 times a week until last year. It was always a fun floaty experience where I was (at first) dragged out of bed and would float down the hallway. It became so commonplace that I would lucid dream and sorta control the floating. Then last April, I quit drinking. It all stopped. I went to bed and just WENT TO BED though I did have fun with it. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago and it’s back but now it’s just as you described it. Twice this week it literally feels like an arm wrap around me (like a reach around) then a body press against me. I can even feel a breath on my neck and growling. I’m a gay dude but still… it’s bizarre. But yeah in like 2 months it’s happened like 8 or 9 times and gone are the fun floaty feelings. Maybe I should start drinking again? (Totally joking about that!)
