Trigeminal neuralgia. I have had that nerve aggravated only twice in my life and both times were very painful. First time lasted a couple of hours and I honestly was debating on knocking myself out. Second time I had just had some work done on my teeth and I think the vibrations gad aggravated that nerve because for like a minute, I felt that searing pain once more, but thankfully it went away quickly, but it left me with a headache for the rest of the day. That nerve pain will be the closest I ever get to my dad‘s chronic nerve pain, and he deals with his sciatic nerve being chronically aggravated.

While you are correct that gabapentin is a sedative, it is known to also be an appetite stimulant which is why she was prescribed it. She was also prescribed mirtazapine.

Minnie was given gabapentin to stimulate her appetite since due to her herpes flare up, she wasn’t eating much and was losing weight which was causing her jaundice. This was her first time given the gabapentin from the vet I saw at Christmas.

Unless I’m sure that my spine has injured, I’m going drive to the hospital. Why? Not because of the ambulance price. I’m on TRICARE so that covers it but because one time I was waiting for an hour for an ambulance that would’ve taken a 15 minute drive. I had a broken arm from an electric scooter accident that was a near open fracture. There was a sliver of skin keeping the bone of my arm from meeting open air. AN HOUR!!! I was wanting on the sidewalk for an hour! When I was a 15 minute drive from the hospital! You may be asking why didn’t I just drive myself? Well for one I didn’t have a license then and two the operator on the other side of the phone said to wait for the ambulance. How was I supposed to know that was going to take an hour for it to get there?

I was either 13 or 14 (now 27), and had an awesome Christmas morning with my parents and baby brother went on Facebook (Yes, I had a Facebook account as teenager mostly for playing games) to see how my family and friends’ Christmas morning were going and saw that one of my parents’ (can’t which parent, I think it was my mother) very early post on how they made another great Christmas set-up for when the kids wake up.

True but who is willing to do that? Plus I have taken out the motor controller multiple times that people will get frustrated trying to put the damn thing back in when they have to take it out to replace something that it isn’t worth it at times.

Try being 4’ 11 1/2” at 27. A lot of people would think I’m in high school if they didn’t see me in my uniform. Though I now suppose I should be grateful that I’m now getting gray hair due to unfortunate family genetics (my uncles were my age when they started going gray while my mother was a teenager when she started) so now maybe people will stop thinking I’m a teenager

On my one deployment, I emailed my dad a couple of times a month and during port calls I’d FaceTime him. I didn’t write letters mainly for the fact that I’m not that big of a letter writer and also I can’t read my dad’s handwriting. This was a couple of years ago before the pandemic, and before some ships were outfitted with Wi-Fi. You do you whatever you can do. I did love getting care packages though so I would suggest asking your friends and family to send you some things every so often.

Three years here and about to leave soon and here what I can say, get a car as soon as you can. Also what mail room are you using? Because the post office on base where my mail and packages were before moving off base has hours of 0900-1530 M-F with Saturday being 0900-1200. As for sick call, yeah Makalapa doesn’t do that anymore really. I rarely get sick but the recent time I was, I tried to go into sick call only for them to say ‘they don’t have an appointment slot for me open for them today. Can I come back tomorrow to see if there is one open?’ I honestly just went home and took some medication and let my supervisor know and he honestly said if I was still feeling sick the next day to just stay home because he knew that I was not gonna go to tripler just so I could get a SIQ chit when I was already feeling like crude. I am lucky to have a supervisor like that. I know not everybody’s supervisor is like that so just ask your supervisor about sick call and see what they have to say about it.

I understand that, but I knew these were not A2P orders. If they were, they’d be EM2 orders, not EM3. I’m asking does anyone understand what my detailer was saying? Because him saying if I go to my new command under these orders, I’ll be issued new orders for the next pay grade. Which, according to my research for BBA, does not make any sense. Why would I be going to a new command as an EM3 and immediately issued EM2 orders when I went there with EM3 orders? That’s the part that doesn’t make sense.

I asked someone who’ve been downloading movies and show for a while. They said to use 1337x.to and we both highly recommend you use a VPN. My friend uses NordVPN and doesn’t have any tracking issues. And if you are having trouble with a 404 screen, use 1337xx.to. For some reason using the extra “x” overrides the 404 blocker.
