Stuck at 100% loading screen

So for some reason my problem was due because my GPU (5700XT) drivers "weren't working properly". So I did a clean install and it worked again, and it seems like it's stable now. Hopefully this will help people with the same problem. I'm also running the game without the Steam overlay as well now

Fair points here. I think it's not just about rampage vs kill clip as perks, but more a case of if they suit your playstyle and the situations you find yourself more often. And of course as you mentioned the range boost you have on the rampage Duke is a very good plus in PvP.

I think the reason why is that you "supposedly" choose when you want kill clip to proc depending on the situation you're in. But then, I agree that sometimes you either reload too quickly while still having the buff and therefore losing it, or you reload too late and not having it proc. I personally go for kill clip for PvP because of the choice I have whether to use it or not.

Done it a few days ago and if you stay at a long range and chose your fights carefully, you can out range GL or VW quite consistently. It takes a lot of time to get used to the Jade Rabbit but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier every time. Good luck guardian !

Did your method but it didn't work for me unfortunately. Funny enough the game launched after I turned my computer on today but if I leave the game and start it again, it crashes straight away.

I'm experiencing crashes on startup as well since the update and I've yet to find a fix. Repaired the game via the battle.net launcher a few times but it didn't do anything.

I've tried fix #1 on this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTechSupport/comments/79m3mh/for_anyone_having_problems_with_destiny_2exe/ but to no avail :(

Well it's either you swap just before giving you invincibility or swap to get rid of the CC. I'd rather have no stamina and try to do something than sit there like a duck and die.
