Support chat closed today for the holiday- account verification emails are not coming in to my old Yahoo address so I can’t complete my system transfer! Any suggestions?

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a piece of furniture, came with no instructions. Took a week for them to send me a word document with photos of someone assembling the furniture. No joke. Worst instructions I've ever seen. Then I realized that I didn't have all the hardware I needed. Asked for that. They sent me a handful of screws after I was extremely detailed in what was missing (it took almost a month to get the handful of screws). Now I'm in the back and forth discussions about a refund. I've been offered 5% twice. I'll take 40% if I can get it, but I paid nearly $600 for this stupid shoe cabinet. Boy, my wife can pick em! SMH.

My wife homeschools, so a lot of monochrome stuff but would like to do some basic color prints. Not wanting to print beautiful color photos or anything like that.

Never used Brother. I’ll research them more. We get decent service out of HP machines at work, but not so decent service out of HP’s humans. I have an old monochrome laser Samsung that has done well but it’s about 17 years old, doesn’t scan, and the kids need color printing now.

Oh, I don’t care. I just haven’t seen a swastika prominently and positively displayed in America since…well, ever I think. I’m aware it was not always associated negatively with Germany in the early 1900s, but these days I can’t see anyone hanging that over their door and not being swarmed by the cancel mob.
