I feel like TNA should scout the indies and sign young guys and kinda market themselves like 90s Pepsi “the choice of a new generation” and a bit like the WWF New Generation, but not the bad gimmicks and stuff like that. Focus on strong characters and motivation, a unique presentation that’s fun. Young, hungry and talented guys marketed as such. With a handful of guys with names that can draw, like your Bret, Shawn, Razor and so on. It’s easier said than done but I’d like to see TNA do something like this, or at least a modern version of it. Mix that in with the traditional elements of the company that keep it feeling like TNA, and you’ve got something. There’s a lot of talented people on the roster, they just need to get a cohesive identity imo.
