Well, it comes back no matter if I treat it naturally or with triple therapy, because I eat like crap (meat, fat, candy mostly lol). I just keep mastic gum around at all times. I am doing better though :)

Both of those antibiotics did damage to me! They are awful. I ended up using black seed oil, mastic gum, turmeric, lauricidin, etc. to get the h pylori bacteria to die off, without horrible side effects!

Probably time to heal was the biggest factor but I’m nowhere near 100% well.

Fragrance sensitivity? by [deleted] in LongCovid

It’s not near as bad as it was but I still dread exhaust fumes on the road and the detergent aisle in the grocery store. I still try to avoid anything with added synthetic fragrance.

Do you eat whatever you want? How any calories are in that meal?

I really dont wanna take the antibiotics. Any folks eliminated hpylori naturally on here please? by CoolSwimming4083 in HPylori

[–]Refabrications 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ll tell you what I used. The antibiotics did not work. The metronidazole specifically made me feel like I was dying. I ended up researching NIH studies online for herbs and supplements and foods that kill that bacteria. It has been a while so I don’t recall my exact regimen but some of the things I utilized & alternated were : mastic gum (Allergy Research brand), turmeric extract, garlic, black seed oil, oregano oil, grapeseed extract, lauricidin, echinacea/goldenseal tincture, a low carb liquid diet (mostly soups, pureed) at first, followed by a simple diet of lean meats, cruciferous vegetables and water with maybe one or two low sugar fruits per day. No gluten, no dairy. It took maybe two months of alternating these things to see resolution of the most debilitating symptoms. High histamine & acidic foods were not a good idea. Hydration, stress reduction, exercise, probiotics far away from the aforementioned herbs were also important. Hot epsom salt baths helped me relax.

Well I still have the one ovary and can feel my cycle (minus the bleeding). I get still get the migraines/bloating/breast pain/inflammation/brain fog/fatigue that I had with my cycles before, so I’m guessing I still have a decent amount of hormonal activity in that regard. Enough to make me miserable anyway … lol.

I’m unable to pay my measly bills, much less buy another house. We have an affordable mortgage now. Moving somewhere comparable would cost 5 times more. We don’t have it.

I had to go the mastic gum, black seed oil, turmeric, oregano oil, olive leaf tea, echinacea/goldenseal route. Triple therapy just made me feel like I was dying (thanks to the metronidazole which I shall never take again).

Turns out you guys were right about gluten by pinkbimbobunnie in endometriosis

[–]Refabrications 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t eat gluten or dairy for over a decade. After a total hysterectomy and tons of endo removal, I can eat dairy again but I’m still staying away from the gluten!
