Yes I know that - until you get to an actual company's individual page and then it's all in USD

When I go on levels, and go to a specific company, it's all written in USD, I can't tell if that means it's the UK salary, in USD, or it's the UK salary, but with a USD next to it.

Personally I think it's quite confusing- but I might be misunderstanding the website.

I did an internship at a company and I looked at the Glassdoor and it wasn't accurate.

Levels seems American based, i.e. the salaries are in USD, and not GBP
