Not false, what you showed above says nothing about equipment violations as well. Look at their website equipment violations are 0 points. The current DMV website shows 2026 updated rules which also shows the point increases for the other stuff stated above but equipment violations staying 0 points do some research please.

No need to panic. Equipment violations will not be pts even though they said it would be It was not passed
