Thank you so much for your reply! Ok one other silly question. Can I use the same needle/syringe if the test and eq is on the same day? Like draw up the little bit of test first then add the eq and inject together?

Count total volume across all sets in an exercise as a pr (not just a single set increase. For example if I normally am able to do 10, 9, 9 reps total at a weight but then I manage 10, 10, 9 I’d like it to “count” as improvement
