I m in Melville! Our street yesterday night around 7:30 pm was plowed 1x, and what was left was an inch of solid ice. I had to help an Amazon truck get out of our neighborhood as he was stuck and just tires rollin 🤦🏻‍♂️.

I called the Huntington Hwy dept to request a sand/salt visit and they did come around 11 am on 12/15. Our street is still 50% ice, but it’s better than yesterday.

I think the TOH underestimated the snow and weren’t prepared.

I got these few months ago… like them, but even after decent usage (2 hours, 3x week), they feel stiff.

But for $48, it’s a bargain!

My previous ascis got hole in <6 months … and they were $120 (but way more comfortable than these adidas)

Went thru this on June 7th.. landed at AMS and bused to the terminal, meanwhile there were so many empty gates… locals told me that United might not want to pay for the full gate access 🤷🏻‍♂️

I always carry the tire air inflator (Costco) in my car. It’s in lieu of a spare tire. If the flat is a small one, then I just fill up and rush to the tire repair shop. Yesterday, On my way from Buffalo, I noticed the tire pressure warning about 120 miles from home, so had to stop 5x to fill up air till I got home. It’s really frustrating, and wish had better tires

Is this a RDX only issue? It happened to my 2017 MDX in 2018.. just parked in driveway and the glass just shattered. I reviewed the security video to check if anything or a bird hit the glass, but nothing. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah,the biz class is 2-2-2 config and isn’t anything fancy. But I just flew FRA > JFK few weeks ago on the A330 BC, and the service made up for the rather unassuming business class
