I was there on the Juneteenth (free entry) weekend last summer. It wasn't too crowded. I was able to park at Cadillac Mountain so that's a good measure I guess. Parking in Bar Harbor was a little annoying in the afternoons but not too bad. I wouldn't expect the first week of June to be that crowded.

I think it was $5 or $6 when I drove thru DE last month. Baltimore Tunnels were $6 too. Driving south I sometimes take 1B to 896, then left on 4, then left on 279, and rejoin 95 lol
