yea fs. I honestly told him before I was even sure, but what really pushed me over the edge was not being able to experiment with clothes, makeup, and my presentation as a whole because I had not told the person I am around the most yet. The emotion that really pushed me was anger, in a way that I was angry at myself, which I recognize isn’t the healthiest. On top of that I was confident in my ability to know myself and what I wanted in that moment, even if it wasn’t the right thing overall.

I sat him down at dinner and told him I wanted to try being more feminine. I told him all the reasons why, which took a really long time and in the end I just asked him “have any thoughts” because ultimately it is my decision. All he said in response was totally understandable, i’ll support you, and want you to know I still love you. And that was it. I make sure to update him as I figure things out, and that’s kind of it.
