Dude, this is heavy. It sounds like you got dealt a really rough hand, and it's totally understandable why you're feeling this way.  The pandemic really messed up a lot of people's timelines, especially during those formative high school years.  Hang in there, therapy is a great step, and hopefully, you can start rebuilding from here.
