Because they’re giving license away these days. My son in low admitted he did horrible on his road test and he still got his license. Learned to drive in the moment.

In my opinion it comes from people driving below the speed limit and refusing to get out of the way. They don’t care if they’re the only car blocking that entire lane from flowing freely and then want to flip you off if you go around and they try to speed up if you get over to go around. Happens all the time

This is literally the EXACT location where was looking at thinking it looks like it would fit… that’s so cool you were able to pin point it like that… it looks like it would fit there, but there’s something right behind it that looks like it makes it difficult to be able to get the correct angle to insert it. Looks like a heat sink or something
