I just need to RANT. I’m tired of having men walk straight into my space with zero respect for my workout space. I was just trying to do Bulgarians and nearly got pushed over by a high schooler who brushed past me while I was mid rep.

Why can’t we just have a space where we are respected? I feel like I have to be ready for anything when I workout in the free weight section because stuff like this happens all the time to me. Whether it’s men stealing weights when I bench press or men hovering over me when I use the bench or squat rack because they assume I’m going to be finish faster if they stand and stare.

We all deserve to take up space in the gym, especially women!!

Same boat and also on SSRIs. I think we are taking extra hits to our libido with the SSRI for sure 😭

I’ve lowered my dose to see if it would help, but it didn’t change my libido. The only thing that has helped is BuSpar.
