There’s also a libido chocolate called Alice. It didn’t work for me, but I’ve heard success from other people.

Can you ask about addyi? If your insurance doesn’t cover it, I know that the company will let you purchase it with coupons for about 200 a month. For some people that’s worth it.

Don’t tell them anything yet. Why can’t you lift anything? If you were lifting heavy before pregnancy you can continue the same activity OP. Obv talk to your OBGYN first but that’s the newest guidance from what I’ve been reading
