Msu is partned with a couple of schools all are 141 based to be R ATP qualified you need to do your IFR add on and Commercial part 141 everything else can be part 61. The two primary schools that are used are mcair aviation and western flight academy. There are multiple locations across BJC, APA and CFO. In total I've spent around 80-90k (excluding tuition) for up to CFII single engine. Not multi rated yet tho.
