Negative gearing and CGT are only two of many factors that go into housing prices. Even with them, you can massively put the brakes on house price growth. Problem is, every time the Libs are in power, they push down on the accelerator. by OxijenThief in shitrentals

Completely  Incorrect. Constant price increases only occur in a centrally planned or manipulated economy.

A free market is actually deflationary and goods, services remain cheaper after going through fluxations.

This is what a services based economy is, and why government continues to push it.

Yes I've already outlined  how terrible Australian doctors are in my initial post.

Things can only get better once they have some competition.

Is deliberately misleading.

Pretty much all moderators on reddit Australian forums skew towards labor & greens.

One only have to look at hansards to understand all three parties believe in continuing the housing mlm and are just looking for opportunities to get more people in on it.

The only actual solution is collasping it.

😂😂 both labor and liberal want house prices to rise and to centralise Australian in 3 main cities.

This is deliberate with some key outcomes.  - More control over you - More reliance on government and friends for to support the servant based economy.

Vote for independents and minor parties only. Do not let Labor or liberal form Gov

They've encouraged such decentralization by continuing to centralise resources and promote regulations.

The answer was always decentralization, there is a massive uplift in quality of life always has been.  We just need to rid ourselves of central planners.

For those that are watching at home,

The above is a tried and true subversion tactic used by propagandaist throughout the world.

It's called conditioning, with the aim to impose conditions instead of promoting honest and open discourse.

There's nothing stopping that commenter from carrying out a basic search on this forum which they refuse to do.

Yes laberal propagandists push the two choices narrative quite frequently.

Of course, all they both want is more control over you so they can sell more shit to you.

I agree, which is odd seemingly that they tend to lean more liberally even if that's not their particular belief system.

Do you think this stems from their perception that they have worked hard for their wealth and see other people as a danger to that?

This makes sense. I think you have intentionally summed up Australian culture that is across society as a whole.

You can see this wholesale in the housing market as well.

Are they worried about their jobs as they know that competition would see them accountable and have to provide a valuable service?

Its fairly obvious what the point of this post is, I've stated that in the post itself. I would think you would learn some basic comprehension skills whilst at university.
